Sean Morgan provides Seca Solution clients with 25 years’ experience in traffic engineering and has been located in Newcastle for the past 15 years. During this time Sean worked with both authorities and private sector clients to deliver hundreds of successful projects. Sean is an experienced traffic modeller, familiar with both Paramics and Sidra, including the latest Sidra network tools. He is an accredited road safety auditor (lead level 3) and is qualified to design and prepare traffic control plans (Red and Orange Cards). Sean has extensive knowledge of the assessment procedures associated with the development approvals process, with the application of engineering solutions to traffic, access and parking problems including providing advice to the Land and Environment Court and Joint Regional Planning Panels.
Cathy has a background in management and accounting and is responsible for project management and administration at Seca Solution. She has a keen attention to detail and a ‘what if?’ approach. She is responsible for project administration, report preparation, technical research and assessment and quality assurance. She has experience in a wide range of projects including masterplans, transport management plans, rezoning assessments, traffic impact assessments, access and parking studies, workplace travel plans and strategic studies. A very solution orientated person, Cathy brings an ‘out of the square’ thinking to the challenges projects can offer.
