This project involved redevelopment of an iconic site in Toukley overlooking the lake, allowing for increased development which incorporated the adjacent public reserve. The upgrades to the public parking were successfully argued to be included within the development requirements, thereby reducing the on-site parking provision and associated construction costs. The development allowed for a mixture of residential and hotel / restaurant use and has been submitted to the authorities for approval.
