Michael provides Seca Solution clients with over 15 years’ experience in traffic and transport engineering. During this time, he has worked across local government, Transport for NSW, and the private sector, delivering major infrastructure and development projects throughout NSW.

Michael has been involved in significant infrastructure works including Sydney Light Rail, Parramatta Light Rail and the Heatherbrae Bypass, where he gained extensive experience in construction traffic management, stakeholder coordination and the safe integration of works within live road environments.

Michael is an experienced traffic modeller, proficient in SIDRA intersection modelling and swept path analysis for a wide range of development types. He is an accredited Level 3 Road Safety Auditor and a PWZTMP accredited practitioner, qualified to prepare and review complex traffic management plans. His experience includes development application support, independent technical reviews, expert witness services in Land and Environment Court matters, transport planning studies and the delivery of traffic solutions for major infrastructure and private developments alike.

Having worked within council and state authority environments, Michael understands the assessment framework from the regulator’s perspective. He combines this insight with private sector commercial awareness to deliver robust, practical and buildable outcomes that satisfy road authorities while remaining commercially realistic for clients.

When asked why early traffic advice is critical to a project’s success, Michael explains:

“Traffic and access constraints can significantly influence feasibility, cost and programme. My role is to ensure clients understand those constraints from the outset and that solutions are both technically sound and commercially sensible. Early engagement allows risks to be identified and managed before they escalate into delays, redesigns or unnecessary infrastructure commitments. Every project has a solution — the key is delivering one that is safe, practical and proportionate.”

Michael works with developers, architects, planners, councils, infrastructure contractors and government agencies across NSW. He is committed to early engagement, proactive risk mitigation and providing clear, defensible advice that supports informed decision-making throughout the approvals and delivery process.

A graduate of the University of Technology Sydney, Michael is registered on the National Engineering Register (NER). Having lived and worked in both Forster and the Central Coast, he brings strong regional insight alongside metropolitan project experience. Michael is pleased to have recently joined Seca Solution and looks forward to continuing to provide clients with specialist, dependable traffic and transport advice as part of the Seca Solution team.
