Whitebridge Medium Density Residential Development
This project involved the development of vacant land to allow for medium density development in a predominantly single lot residential area. The local community was highly resistant to the project and the traffic impacts were documented in accordance with the authority requirements to demonstrate that the local road network has significant capacity to cater for this development. Our assessment successfully demonstrated that the impacts observed by the community were due to other established developments and created very short peak delays and congestion which would not be impacted upon by this development.
