This project involved demolition of an existing aged care facility and construction of a new one. The project site within an established residential area provided a number of constraints which required a detailed assessment of parking demands as well as Autoturn simulation for the loading dock access. The assessment demonstrated that the site access arrangements could accommodate the servicing requirements for the project and that there were no road safety impacts associated with the project.
