This residential subdivision in Greta had initially been held back due to the capacity constraints along the New England Highway. With the opening of the Hunter Expressway, we successfully argued that the road capacity had increased significantly and that no road upgrades were required to accommodate this residential development, saving the developer the cost of installing a new set of traffic signals.
