The Port of Newcastle has a number of private internal roads, that carry a wide range of traffic and users and road safety is an important consideration. Our project work has included a review of the road network at Kooragang Island to determine opportunities to remove the anti-social road behaviour that has occurred in this area for a number of years. Our project work highlighted both permanent and temporary control measures and costs allowing the client to determine suitable measures that fitted in with their budget.
