This mixed use shop top housing development site is located on the corner of a busy signal controlled intersection to the north of Gosford city centre and required careful consideration of access arrangements and traffic impacts. A detailed traffic assessment completed for the road authorities highlighted the constraints in the local road network and the report successfully argued that the development site was not liable for major road upgrades. The report provided guidance on parking and access as well as providing detail on the management of the loading dock to maximise the efficiency of the site.
