This project allowed for a review of existing road conditions and traffic modelling to determine a suitable development footprint for a rezoning application to Council. The project involved discussion with Council and the study team on potential development options, determination of access options for the precinct and a detailed traffic assessment for the land to be rezoned. The Sidra modelling showed the limits of the intersection and the development footprint and allowed for the rezoning of the land.
