This project is a major marina development, with associated residential and holiday accommodation together with restaurant and function centre. The site is located on a peninsula and the detailed traffic modelling ensured that the development could proceed within the existing road configuration, with a number of minor road upgrades highlighted by the Sidra modelling. Once the Masterplan had been approved, a detailed assessment was required for the various stages to ensure the staging of the parking and road works reduced the development costs and allowed for initial stages to go to marked to provide for subsequent infrastructure upgrades.
